Job Description: We are looking for a driven and strategic individual to manage our affiliate marketing program and lead business development initiatives for strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the internet marketing industry, with a proven track record in affiliate marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Marketing Management:

  • Recruit, manage, and nurture affiliate partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the affiliate network and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and optimize affiliate performance.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance.
  • Manage junior assistants who will help with research and outbound outreach to find affiliates and potential partners.

Business Development for Partnerships:

  • Identify potential strategic partners that align with PushButton AI’s goals.
  • Lead negotiations and draft contracts for partnerships.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key partners for long-term collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to leverage partnerships for business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Initiate and manage joint ventures, co-marketing, and co-branding efforts.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing and business development, preferably in the internet marketing niche.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing junior staff or assistants.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle a hybrid role.
